With the world in the state it is, I’m looking to go back to IT. Was there some 20 years ago.
I’ve time on my hands coming up it looks like and was thinking of getting some of the CompTIA studies done, followed by exams etc.
I plan to study at home. Seems to be countless of portals, packages and organisations offering CompTIA studies, plus exams, plus work placements etc.
I’m looking for advice or recommendations on the better places to do this eg buy courses, materials, exams etc?

I’m no youngster, have experience in the field, just out of date etc, and based in Europe. I’ll never be a “coder”, so looking at the policies and documentation side of things – direction there would be helpful too!
Definitely check out ProfessorMesser’s website, he has videos for all the topics. I also highly recommend getting the comptia a+ book, as it really goes into detail and covers more material that Messer doesnt mention. I used both to get my cert a few weeks ago.
