Can people see my history when using their internet? If so How do I stop that?

I’m never sure and I wasn’t able to get a clear answer, If I were to use someones internet could they technically see my history? Also is there a way to delete incognito mode history on Safari?

Technically yes, someone could have something that monitors web traffic and logs where you went, when you were there, and from what device. I imagine most residential equipment does not do this.

I have a pi-hole for DNS ad filtering, and it does this.

Only thing I could think of is to use a VPN

A VPN encapsulates your traffic and is garbly gook to network equipment. The traffic then moves to whereever the VPN terminates, which is then decrypted and sent off where-ever it needs to go from there.

As for traffic on Safari, no idea, don’t use Apple products.

this is why we have https and DoH. they can see your traffic, but that can’t tell much about what you’re doing.
