Hey there everyone, I am a junior in high school and my career goal is to become a Information Security Manager (I know its ambitious, Laugh all you want) however I am very lost on this track. I am currently learning the basics and some more in depth topics about networking and different types of cyber attacks, along with Linux and programming languages through YouTube and other medias, namely coursera but I know these mean nothing when it comes to job interviews. What should I do to prepare myself for the job (Like basics I should know and the tools I should master) and the interview? Should I do coursera certificates (Are they even worth it and do employers care about those), if not what certificates and diplomas should I do? And what do employers really look at when it comes to job applications. Many thanks to whoever helps me!!!
