computer still ask for bios password even after it says system bios has been restored? via jumper pins.  why still ask for PW?

There is a BIOS option to display the message. if there is none(empty) then you should just be able to proceed using a carriage return. Some pc’s have TWO jumpers one for password and one for bios. The way you erase is to switch off the pc at the wall socket wait about 45 seconds, open it up move the jumper from the default pins 2-3 onto pins 1-2 wait for about 15 secs. move the jumper back to the default. Never power the pc with the jumpers in the wrong place as that could melt the mainboard or fry the jumper or blow a fuse inside the PSU which is a non serviceable product.

Please note: a hard drive encryption code is not a bios password.
