Does anyone else feel like the career stats about there being a shortage of talent and higher pay being a false narrative? What jobs are really paying 150K+ in this industry? Yeah sure it’s easy to get75K job, but it seems no one is hiring for the higher tier jobs or very very selective. What’s the key here? It seems a long track record of experience is necessary.
By the way does anyone else get tired of fighting with their businesses or CISO groups about technical stuff and then you just argue over judgmental things and nothing ever gets done? Sometimes it’s just mentally draining and checking boxes at times.
