Hopefully this post isn’t taken down due to the community guidelines on posting questions and answers — i am not sure if this question is unique enough to be OC but we’ll see. Please share any wisdom or advice.
So I am trying to get a better understanding of what careers are actually out there for someone with an undergrad in International Relations and a minor in IT- focus in cybersecurity. How realistic is it to want a job designing company policies or working with a consultation firm to assess potential risks/threats? Is there a job that is like this? What do I need to have a good understanding of server admin (linux), programming, etc?
If you have any advice I would be thankful to know about it!
