Downloaded a trojan

I haven’t run into any malware issues for windows 10 until today and foolishly decided to download (but not open) a file that ends with .msi. I noticed that something was off when I couldn’t access windows antivirus because I was told that I didn’t have administrator access. I used cmd and reverted it and deleted the file but every antivirus I’ve tried told me that I do not have a trojan. I know that the file is malicious now because I scanned it through virustotal. What’s the best way to check if I still have it on my computer?
