So I was hoping to get some input towards a masters degree in cyber security. I’m looking at a dual masters program at Webster University that gives a MA in Nation Security Studies and a MS in Cybersecurity. Currently I have a degree in Computer Science but I work in IT pretty much as an admin but I’m interested in cybersecurity because for one it’s interesting and two I feel like it will become the next big thing, much bigger than it is now. Also, I’m a veteran who hasn’t touched their GI bill at all so it would essentially be free. Is it worth it? Would I be only tied down to government jobs because of the National Security Studies?
