Few questions about iOS 14.2 exploit in the wild

Referring to : https://www.welivesecurity.com/2020/11/06/apple-plugs-three-zero-day-holes-ios/

1: What does it mean when it says “in the wild”Does this mean it could be on an infected website.

If so on what type of websites does it exist and would it be common?

2. It also says the exploitation is targeted. Who is the target and is the target simply anyone who visits the website?

3. If you were on iOS 14.1 and got infected, what happens when you update to iOS 14.2?

Will the malware be removed?

4. Can these exploits survive a reboot ?

If they can, what needs to be done to have them removed.? Is a settings reset from the iPhone itself enough?
