Had a Trojan virus on my computer. How can I be sure it’s gone?

Hi! Any advice is very appreciated. Just want to know if you guys think my computer is safe now, I’m not super good with this stuff and would love someone else’s opinion.

So basically, I accidentally downloaded something called OneUpdater(adware or PUP I think) and a Trojan virus called taskbar system 1.0.0.2 on my computer yesterday. Immediately deleted OneUpdater, and while looking around to see what kind of stuff it put on my computer I found the taskbar system 1.0.0.2 thing and googled it, which scared me. Deleted that from my apps as well(I have a pc with windows 10).

After that, I continued looking around in my apps or programs and files and couldn’t find anything too weird. Did the windows security scan thing and it said no threats detected. Ended up continuing with what I was doing, then unplugging it for the night.

After I researched a little more, I started to think that maybe that wasn’t enough since it was a Trojan virus, and could still be hiding somewhere. Looked through my processes(I think that’s what they were called) and googled anything that looked weird for a long time and didn’t find anything. Then I downloaded malwarebytes and did a scan that came back with only one thing which was classified as adware. Changed all my passwords.

So yeah, sorry for the long post, but does this sound reasonable? Not sure if I should still be worried that something is hiding in there, or if the malware bytes scan coming back mostly clean sounds like enough. Thanks in advance for any advice!
