Help with this, is my device being used?

Let me set the scene, I log into disney+ after 2 days of not watching anything on my laptop. I see that my volume is.. lower than usual. I contact customer support, and they tell me this.


Raises more questions than answering. I don’t really remember lowering my volume, so is my device being used?
