Help with this weird message. Real or no?

Just now I got a message that my huawei device said to be a scam. [https://gyazo.com/617fbdad922389f6f7b964b3fd0f172a](https://gyazo.com/617fbdad922389f6f7b964b3fd0f172a)

The one with 19:37 next to it is the one.

To make this clear, the number that sent it was a vodafone number. (vodafone being a mobile company situated in the uk.) And it started in 07 ( a mobile phone number,). Odd because for such companies, they would start in 020, (a home-phone, like a cisco office phone basically).

I nearly clicked on the link they sent me. Can I get a virus just by simply clicking on their message without clicking incoming links. HSBC is not my mum’s bank.

If someone could scan this with virustotal.

I’m scared as I had 2 weird things happen to me. Please help
