How hard is it to crack Windows 10 passwords?

  3. How hard is it to crack Windows 10 passwords?

I’m currently using Linux but I wanna move to Windows because it’s less buggy, but I’ve been worried about its security – I’ve heard that Windows 10 hashes passwords with MD4. I’m planning to use VeraCrypt to protect my files, if that changes anything. How hard would it be for somebody to get the password, and thus access my laptop?
