How much damage can somebody do with an ip address taken from my mobile service?

I currently have my laptop hooked up to my phone’s mobile service, and plugging the ip into an ip locator shows a location 100ish miles away from my location, I’m assuming this is the location of the service tower? Anyway if I were to log into a website through my phone service with no vpn just a regular google chrome browser on the pc how much info could they pull from that? I know while using a typical wifi router they can locate it to the router and ddos but how would this work if I were to instead connect through the phone service?
