How to be secure that Malware is gone

So the other day I MIGHT have installed a Trojan virus. I say might because, when I actually attempted to run as administrator, it would do nothing (never gave me the the “Do you want to allow this thing to make changes to you device” thing). I checked my antivirus and it said fixed 8 threats so obviously I got rid of everything that had to do with the file. Anywho I’m a paranoid person so a bit later I went back and I found that people were saying that it was a Trojan virus (Trojan:Win32/Sabsik.FT.A!ml is what they said). A person there said to do a restart point and I did, but I was still so paranoid that I did a whole factory reset. I should mention that I used two antivirus scanners, both came back negative. Anyway I did the remove malware steps on the tech support subreddit and Malware bytes detected two false positives (I got an expert opinion and apparently it’s a outdated alert) the malware clean up program found on preinstalled dell software, I quarantined it just to be sure. And I ran hitmanpro it detected two malware: combo fix.exe and solitaire.exe and one suspicious Intelaudioservice.exe. I quarantined them all (should I have had them deleted?? Can I still do that)
And finally I ran tronscript (5 times) I got the same message with was WARNING DETECTED: yes_disk_smart_read_error. It told me to review log file but I have no idea how to sort through it. I wanted some one who is much has better experience in this field to give me there opinion? Is there anything else I should do? Do you think there is (or ever was) a virus still on my computer?
Thank you so much in advance!!!
