Hey, I am working on financial awareness in my company(1st job), english is not my primary language, and I am struggling to lay down a warning for a recent incident, readable by everybody, how can I rephrase it without too technical stuff? And what other tips should I give? :

Dear all,
The private LinkedIn account of senior official Ms. XYZ was abused for phishing (#rephrasing needed – was the account compromised and used for sending phishing? Keep wording simple), sending MicroSoft credential harvester (#harvester is too technical) in form of fake links, in attempts to trick users into entering their credentials into a fraudulent website to steal their login information (eg: Username and Password).
– Everyone can be the victim of Phishing and account compromisation.
– Be aware of links even from trusted sources, carefully inspect the lexicon and the spelling.
– No one will ask you for your Username and Password, moreover do not send sensitive information via mail/messages.
– Before entering unprompted Username and Password into a website, independently check the original website in a new tab (even with a simple google search), to see if there are inconsistencies and if you are already logged in (So not in need to re-enter your credentials).
– Always Report suspected Phishing emails, with the appropriate button.
