I clicked on a suspicious ad and went to a website that was a fake of the original one.

Will I be alright? I used malwarebytes, didnt show anything but when i used totalvirus, it says theres a plugin thats a virus. Then I used falcon box thing and it said there was 3 plugin viruses. What should I believe and how do I remove the “viruses”
