I like Authy though I’m concerned about their recovery process. If you lose access to your account there’s apparently a way to gain access to your account again by contacting them. This seems susceptible to social engineering which defeats the purpose of strong 2FA. Has anyone tested this?

I like Authy because it’s cross platform, has a reputable company backing it, and cloud sync so I can access my tokens in my tested devices.

I’ve got my complaints ([doesn’t detect changes in biometrics](https://reddit.com/r/cybersecurity/comments/k9b4hd/warning_if_youre_on_ios_and_use_authy_otp_auth_or/), doesn’t allow export of secrets for backup unless you use the github workaround), but overall I’ve been happy with it.
