I received a phising email that shows the sender as the receiver and although I have deactivated remote content the image is shown in the email body.How can be done?

  3. I received a phising email that shows the sender as the receiver and although I have deactivated remote content the image is shown in the email body.How can be done?

It is phising for a huge transfer of money and all of the info is written in the image. So both the sender and receiver is the same account (Cc also the same if it counts).
