If Defender removed Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.C!ml is my pc safe?

  3. If Defender removed Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.C!ml is my pc safe?

I custom scanned an external drive and it detected that Trojan and removed it about an hour after the scan. Is there anything else that needs to be done? Is it safe to move the rest of the files onto an internal drive and quick format the extetnal?
