Hi, I recently did some sketchy torrenting without an antivirus or antimalware software that I trust. I’ll be upfront about my idiocy because hiding it isn’t going to help my situation.
Anyway, as you can expect I’m having significant frame drops in some of my video games, and generally my whole computer is running slower. I’ve run into a finding during my attempts to fix my situation, and found uncanny resemblances between an antivirus software that I have and use, and one of a different name that is also a running process but I can find as a program to launch. Said running process is sucking on my CPU and Memory usage and is therefore likely the cause of my computers slowing issues and frame inconsistencies. Take a look at a website that I found and an antivirus software that I was running.

Another important note:
I cannot find a way to launch ‘Reason Antivirus’, ‘Reason Security’ or anything else by using the search bar on my Windows 10 Taskbar. I assume that both Antivirus’ are fake, but I’ve come here to ask what the wisest action to take next would be. Thanks!
