I will be finishing my AAS in cybersecurity at the end of this year, and would like to move on to an OSCP cert. However, I know myself and I would be lying if I said I could do a self-paced course. I checked the offensive security site, and it looks like the only classes they directly offer are in the UK. I’m not opposed to traveling, but if I leave the country my family is going to want to go with me and that’s going to get expensive fast.
I know I’ve got a ways to go before I’m ready for that, but I want to start getting things planned because if I don’t set goals and deadlines I’ll never get it done.
I’m wondering if anybody here in the US has in-person Boot camp style classes for the OSCP certifications? There are obviously a lot of options that come up via Google, but I don’t want a place that’s going to teach me to pass the test. I don’t want to be a “paper tech.” I want to actually learn properly.
