I assume this is the right place to post this, recently my premium anti-virus subscription ended so I installed avast (the free version), and every time it runs a scan at the end of the scan it shows me things like apps that are slowing down your pc (that doesn’t include avast how weird), broken registries and unnecessary files. And the thing is that avast tells me that there are more than 20 GB of cache files in my system that are not located in the temp folder (I am on win10 btw). And I know that cache files are different than temp files but window stores the useless ones in the temp folder in AppData and the Package Cache is important and “shouldn’t be deleted” but still adding their sizes doesn’t add up to 20 gigs but the local is more than 20 gigs but those files are important.

So my question is: Is avast trying to bate me to buy a premium just to make me delete important files that might break the functionality of some of my pregramms?
