I’m a sales leader with a background in IT infrastructure (both software & hardware). I started out as a SE and still can hold my own in architectural discussions with customers (truth be told, I enjoy those as much as business/financial negotiations). Lately, I’ve found myself getting pulled into many cybersecurity deals, not unexpected given the number of high-profile breaches. I like expanding my horizons – e.g. I’m a rare sales leader who is also a Certified Scrum Master, and like to use Agile techniques to keep my teams on target in an efficient manner.
Hence my question 👆🏼- is there a certification I can do that will help me advise my business & IT management (CIO & reports) customers knowledgeably, while giving me some credibility with the architects & similar technical customers?
P.S. I gave some extensive background so you can give me educated advice, not because I want to beat my own drum 😜
