Is there such a thing as DLP for websites? Kind of a “reverse WAF” watching what we send?

Inspired by the Missouri “hack” [insert double facepalm], it occurred to me that while we have DLP monitoring our email and shared documents, we have only naive faith that we aren’t also publishing teacher SSNs (or other data).

I’ve tried Google, but I think I just don’t know the right terms. Is there something we can put in front of our websites that will watch our outgoing pages and (at least) alert us if there’s sensitive data?

Yes there are vendors that have plugins into dlp that can hook into chrome, Firefox etc…

I’m writing a DLP policy, so if you find resources, please post.
