IT security thought experiment.

Imagine the following scenario. There is a crew on an interstellar space ship with many IT systems. Bob, a benevolently intentioned crew member has authorization to use any of the systems on-board the ship. One day in the course of his duties, Bob is infected with a form of space rabies. The space rabies has no delectable outward signs or symptoms other then transforming Bob’s ego from benevolently intentioned to nefarious with malicious intent. In essence Bob becomes evil Darth while retaining all of Bob’s memories. If the crew discovers this transition or change in personality then the new Bob/Darth loses all of his authorization to use the systems.

What solution would you propose to secure the systems through any combination of methods(social engineering, procedural, IT security, physical security, et cetera) allowing benevolent bob access to the systems while preventing the transformed malevolent Bob/Darth from accessing them?
