I’ve been sim swapped 4 times in two weeks, what carrier is safe from this?

I’m on T-mobile and really think now is time to switch, but with potentially all the info needed for a swap out there online, and no PIN or special instructions can stop these persistant hackers, which carrier can actually stop this from continuing? This is all caused by the Ledger data hack, I had initially thought crypto was cool and I bought a ledger, I don’t own any crypto, but the hackers don’t know this and they keep trying to get in to steal something. I have changed my passwords etc. but the sim swaps keep happening… I just want to know how I can stop this.

Use something like MySudo or some other VOIP number provider for all of your accounts — never use your actual phone number. VOIP numbers can’t be SIM swapped, so you wouldn’t have to worry about that happening again.
