A mentee of mine has installed Kasperky onto a system where voip telephony is operated form the desktops of the users. The end client now finds the microphones and speakers on the desktops do not work properly. He has tried al the normal stuff eg putting the apps on an excluded list but it does not help. Any ideas of either how to solve the problem or talk direct to Kasperky as the wholesaler is not geared up to deal with technical queries?
