Kioptrix Level 2

SQL Injection on the login page brought me to an admin page with nothing. Source code tells me I should be able to input an IP to ping, but I can’t input anything. Source code also says “End of file reached when inside an attribute value. Ignoring tag.”

I am a beginner and I feel pretty bummed not to have been able to crack this one as Kioptrix 1 was a piece of cake. Any ideas?
