Lookout app and e-mail about SIM card being removed

I’m an owner of an iPhone X and have just received an email that my SIM card has been removed.
I had the phone in my hands and the only thing I did was connecting my phone to charging cord my ex bf gave me few hours ago.
Has my phone been hacked?

+ I have just tried to open an app and instead of it some site in my settings popped up
