I am looking for a mentor in the field of cybersecurity who can guide me and help me on how and where to get started.

I graduated in November 2020 in Sports Nutrition (so totally unrelated field). I’ve learned SQL and Java for 2 years during high school and loved that stuff. Cybersecurity, in theory, definitely intrigues me. But i do not know where to get started. I’m learning python on the side currently.

Please respond.

I would like to know how you got into the field and what’s official work like and timings and how does the ‘getting the job ‘process go.
