Need help identifying the owner of a Shopify please

Hello guys, i’ll try to make it as short as possible to not bother you too much :

My brother gifted me 3 knives that he thought was japanese, turns out it’s just chinese crap on a shopify site ([https://hikomura.com/](https://hikomura.com/)). The problem is i saw a bunch of review that said returning wasn’t an option with those people as they won’t give anything back except a 10% discount. I saw a lot of people got scammed and i think this is outrageous, those people think they are safe hiding behind their site, i wondered if anyone with enough knowledge could track them and find the identity of the owner so i can bring him to justice. I’m even willing to pay if that motivates some people, I want my brother to get his money back and those people to face consequences for their actions.
