NGAV for REALLY Small Offices?

Hey all!

I was looking at EDR solutions like SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Trend Micro but they seem to be designed around like a 100 user minimum subscription. If there is an office of 5 machines, are home level AV solutions the way to go?
