Is this such a thing in this industry?
A little background on me. I’m 33, BS in business admin, mba with it management concentration. Entire career has been in retail banking/financial services. Started from the bottom as a part time teller and went through every seat in a branch to now a branch manager for 2 years now. Have finra licenses, notary commissioned and have a side hustle as a 1099 notary signing agent.
My idea is to pivot into almost anything in the industry that I could qualify with my background. I enjoy creating results by leading my team by being in the trenches with them and helping them grow professionally and sometimes personally. I am having an extremely hard time trying to decide on what to pursue though. I am signed up for various classes for
Python and comp tia, but feel like I’m just throwing a dart at a board and hoping for the best.
Some guidance would be appreciated. Should I just get my foot in the door with some sort of part time experience? Are there even any kind of position like this in this industry?
