Hi Reddit,

I’m currently looking into platforms for user awareness training and phishing simluation for a company with like 650 users globally distributed, meaning I need multi language support (English, German, Spanish, French, maybe Chinese and Indian).

I had a PoC of Proofpoint, and I liked the phishing simulation but found the training sessions weird, like taking too long for too few input. But maybe that’s the norm and I didn’t yet comprehend this. Do you have any experience with Proofpoint you can share? UX, satisfaction with the results, adoption rate?

Also, I found one guy here recommending usecure and KnowBe4 which I am now also looking into – any experience with them? Or any other recommendations I can follow up?

Thanks in advance!

We use KnowBe4, it has been good overall. We also use the PhishER/PhishRIP systems, which let users submit suspect emails for analysis and mass removal.

Hardest part is being able to crack down on repeat offenders.

Another vote for KnowBe4 here. We use it with clients, no complaints.

Going through the exact same thing here.

On my docket is KnowBe4, Proofpoint, and SANS.

KnowBe4 is great from the demo but take it with a grain of salt because they are showing you all the diamond level features and functionality. So they want to draw you into the highest tier package. If you don’t want to pay that price then content can drop off significantly.
