I’m currently looking into platforms for user awareness training and phishing simluation for a company with like 650 users globally distributed, meaning I need multi language support (English, German, Spanish, French, maybe Chinese and Indian).
I had a PoC of Proofpoint, and I liked the phishing simulation but found the training sessions weird, like taking too long for too few input. But maybe that’s the norm and I didn’t yet comprehend this. Do you have any experience with Proofpoint you can share? UX, satisfaction with the results, adoption rate?
Also, I found one guy here recommending usecure and KnowBe4 which I am now also looking into – any experience with them? Or any other recommendations I can follow up?
