I have been employed with a helpdesk for about 4 months. I am tier 1 servicing numerous schools. I have access to courses that would allow me to get certified in A+, Net+ and Sec+. How long should I build experience here? I am proficient in the systems and I’m generally able to provide solutions to most of my tickets if they aren’t ultimately routed. Please help me fine tune my career track, I know experience is needed but I am rotting at this desk. My end goal is security analyst or sec engineer. Thank you for any information.
