I work for an MSP as a Cyber Sec Analyst. It’s my 2nd month on the job, and my first job. I’m currently the only analyst in the company, so we’re looking to expand our cyber security initiative. We’re starting this with a cyber sec awareness campaign for all our clients. I had to record a demo video of a simulated ransomware attack, in response to the global ransomware crisis. Tomorrow we’re hosting a webinar for our clients to discuss cyber sec best practices and the current global situation. I’m going to be taking over a segment and demonstrating a ransomware attack (like the demo video). I’m quite excited, yet nervous at the same time. This is the first time I’ll be on the other side of a webinar and it’s unknown territory for me. It doesn’t make it much easier that the other 2 presenters are the CEO and one of the main directors who founded the company. They say if you want to run with the big dogs, you can’t piss like a puppy.
Wish me luck!
Tl;Dr – presenting my first webinar tomorrow and need all the luck I can get.
