Quick heal total security (QHTS) is detecting the latest steam update as a pup or a “potentially unwanted program”, please help

So i booted up my laptop (windows 10) and i saw steam installing its new update which is completely normal and then i saw quick heal (my antivirus) giving me a notification saying “a potentially unwanted program is blocked to protect your system” and it was written as program.wacapew, i immediately panicked and clicked the remove option, 30 seconds after i see the notification being popped up again, i was panicking and after the notification popped up 5 times it stopped coming, then i shut down my laptop as i was panicking , the next day i boot up the laptop again and i see the notification again and i quickly screenshotted it, here are the screenshots

[the warning](

and this time i actually noticed the path and immediately went down to program files x86 then i try to find the folder with st and little to my surprise its actually steam, the notification popped up some times again until steam gave up trying to update lol. in case you dont know what steam is its a game store type of thing where you pay for games and play them, i didnt install any shady looking games and hardly played counter strike which is 100% legit

can someone please assist me this is popping up everytime i boot up my system and i dont want to delete the steam folder since i know that it wouldnt be a scam, thanks!
