Responding to a Vender ransomware attack

We have a vender who has awknowged a ransome attack.

The vender generally email’s us and we have accounts with them to log into there website.

What is the best way to respond as a company using this vendor?

* Have everyone change there password on venders site?
* Enable 2FA on vender Site?
* Have a discussion with employees on responce?



Blacklist the vendor’s email for a week. Direct them to phone or text until they have their issues under control.
