Router with antivirus in unison with device antivirus?

I recently bought a new router: TP-LINK with something called HomeCare. It has this section called HomeCare Antivirus which has the three features to enable: Intrusion Prevention System, Infected Device Quarantine, and Malicious Content Filter.

I currently have Norton 360 and have enabled all those 3 options. My questions is, if it will clash with Norton?
