SuperAntiSpyware finds “Adware.Tracking Cookie” What are they?

Almost every time I run a SuperAntiSpyware scan on my computer it finds some “Adware.Tracking Cookies” What are they? Are they really dangerous? How to avoid them?

SUPERAntiSpyware, more like SHITAntiSpyware anyway, these so called “Adware.TrackingCookies” are just regular browser cookies, if you clear them you might get signed out of most sites. So they aren’t a threat whatsoever.

SAS detects it because I guess they have horrible signatures and can’t detect real malware and just detects cookies to make it seem like it’s not useless. If you want a second opinion scanner, I recommend Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool, Emsisoft Emergency Kit or Norton Power Eraser, don’t use SAS, it’s just useless.
