Quick one, but about 6 months ago I clicked a dodgy link and Windows Defender found 3 Trojans. I quickly quarantined and removed them, and since then I’ve run multiple scans on Kaspersky and Malwarebytes and aside from a txt file, which I swiftly removed, nothing has come up.

However, today, a random bookmark appeared on my computer. It was a link to ‘Trojan32 Encyclopedia’ which was weirdly a website giving tips on how to detect and avoid Trojan viruses. About 3 minutes later, the bookmark disappeared. I’m confused what this means – do I have still some sort of Trojan that is adding and removing bookmarks? Was it just a glitch on Windows’ part? If it was, it seems weird that the bookmark was centered around Trojan Win 32 viruses, which is the exact one I had originally.

I quickly ran another scan and nothing came up. Any advice appreciated.

I highly doubt it, malware never does anything like that.
