Trojan or false positive?

Hey guys so i bought this pirated software from someone in shopee(an online shopping website). I need more plugins for my music DAW. I love making music but i cant afford the softwares because they’re always in foreign currency and extremely expensive. Like i could literally buy a motorbike for the price of these things in my country. Anyways it looked legit as hell, the shop has been up for 2 years with over 500 great reviews…so i sent the guy some a bit of cash for the product and he sent me a bunch of links on google drive, note: the files are too big to scan from google. I go to download one and then extract the file, then try to copy and paste it, then boom, whilst im copy and pasting the program file (which contains the actual app im trying to get) windows defender says trojan:win32/ymacco.aadf detected on BOTH my download files and program files which i pasted it to. Do you guys think its actually a virus or is it because the app im trying to get is pirated and uses some keygen software or something. Its in a .dll file which is what my other plug-in applications come in. Like massive and sylenth1 both are in .dll and i have to put them in program files for them to work in my DAW. Windows defender telling me that “this program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker”. Holy shit, but i cant find anything from full scans or offline scans? Wtf is going on.
