I recently got wired into a scam call. I blocked the caller, and I checked a reverse phone number checker to confirm if it was a scammer, and it was. Now the thing to understand is, I get calls from them nearly twice a day. I don’t get the call, but it goes to my blocklist, which sends me a notification. They seem to call me in a routine. When I come back from school, nearly always I see a call at roughly 11:15-11:25. I get another call later on.

It’s a weekend, and I thankfully haven’t gotten a call from them yet. But this raises more questions than answers. Its passed 11 o clock and I haven’t gotten a call from them. I’m worrying there could be some sort of spyware in my phone projected by these scammers. Doing a full scan of kaspersky android said nothing was up, but I’m still worrying about this. Can you get hacked or get a virus from blocking/answering their calls?
Because you answered, you confirmed your number is active, and youre being paranoid, thats all.
