I need to transfer some stocks from a third party broker into my bank’s trading account.
My bank has a service where you can accomplish this on the phone with the assistance of one of their agents. But apparently they have to send you some sensitive documents by email (I use Gmail) for you to input your virtual signature. My Gmail account has a strong, unique password and 2fa. I would delete the document (from trash) after using it (but I realize the document may be copied on Google’s servers).
Is this process secure enough? Or should I visit my local branch and do the process in person to avoid using email?
