virustotal and hybrid analysis said that the urls safari copies are unsafe

I’m not very tech savvy so sorry if I use some terms wrong or if the post is confusing.

I tried to copy a url of a website earlier without visiting it by right clicking on the link in Safari and clicking “copy link”. Instead of copying the website’s link what safari copied looked something like this (without parenthesises and the “wikipedia.org” would be whatever the website name is):

(https://)www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwi2042r5O3vAhWvzjgGHZS5D0kQFjAAegQIAhAE&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.wikipedia.org%2F&usg=AOvVaw3ay7vaEtH0yTTYdDmrvinX

When I scanned the copied url in VirusTotal CMC Threat Intelligence categorised it as phishing and CLEAN MX as suspicious. It does this with any url I copy.
When I tried hybrid analysis I got these results

My safari doesn’t have any extensions and both Avast and Malwarebytes say I’m fine. Should i be concerned?
