VirusTotal reports a virus. Should I be worried?

I downloaded a widescreen fix for the old Splinter Cell 1 game from GitHub (so it seemed legit) (here’s the link if somebody wants to know the exact files – [https://github.com/ThirteenAG/WidescreenFixesPack/releases/tag/sc](https://github.com/ThirteenAG/WidescreenFixesPack/releases/tag/sc)). It doesn’t work unfortunately, but I have other problem. Before unpacking all the files I tested them with Malwarebytes (didn’t detect anything), but VirusTotal online scanner shows that one of the files is infected. I’m always trying to be careful with unknown files, but the thing is I used VirusTotal AFTER using this mod and running the game with it. This pack contains some .dll files, so should I be worried or am just paranoid right now?

Obviously there’s a source code on GitHub, but to be honest I’ve no idea AT ALL what it actually means :/ I’m really sorry if these are stupid questions, but I just want to be sure everything is fine. And apologies for all grammar mistakes.
