What is going on with my iPhone?

I am frequently met with this message when making Google searches from my iPhone:

Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it’s really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?

I then have to fill out a reCAPTCHA to continue to search results. Does anyone know why this may be happening?
