What kind of video card can I put in this motherboard for HDMI? A PCI card?

I have zero knowledge of computers.

I want to connect this 10yo PC to a newer monitor with an HDMI cable rather than VGA.

The mb only has VGA.

Would it be a PCI card I’d put in here?

I hope the picture will post here on Yahoo Answers, otherwise there’s no way to answer this question.
