Hi,

In the October 2020 [av-comparatives.org Performance Test](https://www.av-comparatives.org/tests/performance-test-october-2020/) Windows Defender got last place (highest performance impact) but in the [latest mrg-effitas.com Performance Test](https://www.mrg-effitas.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/MRG_Effitas_2020Q3_360.pdf) it got first place (lowest impact). Did one of them make a mistake in their testing or what is going on here?
